I was born in northern Maine, and speak fluent French. I raised four children and I am a proud grandmother to eight. Prior to being a Realtor, I owned and managed a bakery. guhguhg

In 1987, I received my real estate license and joined a Century 21 franchise.  In 1990, I moved to the RE/MAX concept. Within 5 months I became a top producer and have maintained this status for the past 14 years.  In 2001, I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2003, I was the top producing Re/Max agent in number of sales in all of New England.

My team was designated as the top producing team of the Mid-State Board of Realtors for 2006. We have held this position for 4 years running.

I have earned the following designations:

• Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
• Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI)
  
• Certified Buyer Broker Relocation Professional (CRP)
• Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)

I am also a member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society. I am active in the local Quota Club and also serve on the Scholarship committee of my local Board of Realtors.

I currently employ six Assistant Realtors, a Public Relations Specialist, and an office manager. I also published my own website, www.joanvallee.com as a means of furthering my exposure. My office is equipped with the latest computer technology which enables me to serve clients and business associates efficiently.  I strive to the best real estate agent possible.
